Gosh! I'm so sorry... it took me ages again to update! It's just that there aren't any news on Ville yet... at least nothing of real interest. Dunno.
They're not touring at the moment and I think the band just simply takes their time off now. Oh well! May they have a blessed time with their friends, families
and beloved ones! xD
Oh yeah... the news I got for you! I know I'm late on that again... sorry. *ashamed* Ville and his band will play Ankkarock this year! To all you Finns out there... you lucky bitches! haha. Other confirmed bands and artists are i.e. Kotiteollisuus, PMMP, Von Hertzen Brothers, W.A.S.P., Tiger Army, Apocalyptica, Soilwork, Opeth, Kamelot, Volbeat, Hanoi Rocks, Sonata Arctica, Apulanta, Lauri Tähkä & Elonkerjuu, Poets of the Fall, Scandinavian Music Group, Amorphis, Disco Ensemble... The festival will be organized on the 2nd and 3rd August, 2008 and takes place in Korso, Finland. Korso is a shitty small place bewteen Helsinki and Kerava! As saying "shitty" it's not meant to be rude... there's just nothing going on apart from the festival! Haha. At least that's what I found out when I lived in Finland...^^ Anyways... The tickets will be 75€ for both days, the line-up will change "daily" and the 1-day ticket sale will start soon! Prizes for the single day tickets haven't been confirmed yet. I will inform you later about them. You can order your ticket here if you're from Finland. If you're from any other country, then please buy your tickets via tiketti. You can find them here.  I couldn't find too many news on Ville or HIM lately
(okay, I'm as well lacking on time to be brutally honest lol) but I had a good laugh yesterday.
The Finnish tabloid paper "Iltalehti" recently came up with a new rumor about our dearest Ville! And since it is only a rumor, I won't post the whole article here. I know it's in Finnish and most of you probably won't understand what is written in there, but I will not post any kind of rumors on here! ;-) But it is said, that Ville is now dating a German author named Nadine Winnebeck. I've actually never, ever heard of her or her book but well... I never said I'd be a patriotic German! haha. If you wanna read the original article of the Iltalehti, please CLICK HERE. The Iltalehti is one of the most stupid tabloid papers in Finland, comparable to the German "BILD" or British "Sun". So, you shouldn't go and immediately dive into an empty swimming pool now. And even if this is one of the few true rumors the Iltalehti ever posted, why won't you be happy for Ville, huh!? ;-) Alright, that's it for now!^^ Hope you all had a great Easter holiday and you haven't been as drunk as I was! Gee! Man! I think I will never drink Barcardi Black again... haha. And before I forget... To all my new affiliates, I will add you as soon as possible - meaning in like at least two days! :) |

Only a few months have passed since we last talked with Ville Valo, but still a lot has happened! The Finnish band with the golden hands for dark-melancholic catchy tunes gained huge success on both sides of the Atlantic ocean with their current record "Venus Doom", did a huge tour at first in the United States and just recently very successful in Europe. [...] For more than nine months cigarettes and coffee are his only vices, unless you count all the books Ville is now reading when in the past he'd rather taken the bottle. Welcome back darlings! It's been a long, long time... I feel bad I've let this site down for so long, but there have been so many changes in my life that I couldn't keep an eye on VVO anymore. And I'm sorry about that! I really am and I promise, I will never let that happen again! Otherwise I will give up on this site fully then... and people that know me, will know how much I love Ville & HIM and that giving up VVO would mean giving up a part of me! lol. For now there have been many changes on this site... first of all, I'd like to officially introduce you to our new and first staff member Kelly! WELCOME, honey... I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun around here together!^^ Kelly contacted me a while ago asking me for a VVO forum, I honestly never thought about having a forum on this site... but the idea grew on me and eventually we decided Kelly would be our new forum manager! :D I really hope the new forum will be up and running soon and that you can find some news about Kelly on here soon! haha. Secondly there's - obviously - a new layout! And I absolutely love it! :) A billion thanks go to Juliet of Evolution05 Designs... she's awesome and did a great job! I really hope you'll like it too... leave us a comment if you fancy the layout just as much as I do! ;-) Third... For now there won't be any CuteNews used here... I'm still trying to fix some major problems with the script... hope I'll be done with that soon, so we'll have a decent news system on here again! lol. I think that's about the recent news on here!
